    Preferred: clinical or counseling psychology (APA-approved Programs)
    Accepted: clinical or counseling (APA-approved Programs)

Primary emphasis: Adult

Emphases of training opportunities:
Strong: neuropsychological assessment, consultation, program development, psychology administration, teaching, and research with collaborators at VA, affiliated medical school, and functional imaging center
Moderate: group and individual psychotherapy, capacity assessment, supervision of other providers

Weak: forensic assessments, rehabilitation

Availability of patient populations:

Strong: geriatrics and adults with CVA, TBI, dementias, substance abuse, major psychopathology, sleep disorders, and Hispanics

    Moderate: HIV/AIDS, seizure disorders, general neurology clinical problems, neurosurgical patients, and African Americans
