Strong: brain injury, ADD/learning disabilities, dementias and geriatric conditions, tumor, psychiatric, parkinsons, toxic exposure, epilepsy, stroke and cerebrovascular disease, PDD

Moderate: multiple sclerosis and related conditions

Weak: HIV/AIDS, racial/ethnic minorities
