Emphases of training opportunities:
Strong: neuropsychological assessment and neuropsychological consultation, multidisciplinary teams
Moderate: research, school consultation, medical consultation, neuroimaging, supervision (by resident) of other providers
Weak: psychotherapy, rehabilitation
Availability of patient populations:
Strong: sickle cell disease, stroke and cardiovascular disorders, neurosurgical, head injury, genetics/metabolics, epilepsy, brain tumor, leukemia, solid organ transplant
Moderate: neuropsychiatric, racial/ethnic minorities, neurofibromatosis, rheumatological disorders, prematurity
Weak: adult and geriatric conditions, ADHD, learning disabilities, autism/PDD.
